In addition, they’ll win workforce consulting from award-winning consultancy Next Street to assist with the implementation and ensure that the plans are scalable and sustainable over time.
The best of these plans will be named Grand Prize Winners and receive an additional $100,000 cash prize as well as recognition from New York City as top workforce innovators.
