As part of Small Business First, NYC Department of Small Business Services client managers provided tailored information to 100 small retail businesses in Westchester Square yesterday, including customized compliance checklists and translated materials. The client managers were joined by SBS Commissioner Maria Torres-Springer and Lisa Sorin, Executive Director of the Westchester Square Business Improvement District. The City will visit businesses in all five boroughs this summer, with more regular data analysis and proactive outreach beginning in the fall.
