Two initiatives are aimed at helping local businesses recover from the hurricane. The city’s Emergency Loan Fund, a $15 million program run by the Department of Small Business Services through NYC Business Solutions. And the NYC Matching Grant Program, a foundation supported effort that has $5.5 million in funds and is administered by the New York Business Development Corp. in collaboration with Small Business Services.
