"Under the de Blasio administration, we have worked hard to turn around the Hurricane Sandy Business Loan and Grant Program - with 170 approvals, up from 7 last January - and also to ensure Rockaways residents have access to good jobs as the community continues to recover from Hurricane Sandy.”
