Security Clearance: Guidelines, Bad Acts, and Mitigating Circumstances
The ongoing episode of Edward Snowden and the NSA has generated a great deal of interest in the security clearance process and the laws governing such. In this segment, Jon L. Roberts, Ph.D. and J.D., discusses the first of 13 guidelines used to consider an applicant’s eligibility for clearance. He also explains the two chief ways in which each guideline is considered.
