Ensuring Client Co-operation in the Personal Injury and Bankruptcy Case

Within the discussion, they stress the importance of creating mutual cooperation provisions when forming client-attorney relationships. Simply put, mutual cooperation provisions ensure that clients understand the need to cooperate with their attorneys.
